DO NOT REPLY [Bug 49984] New: Who decide witch editor for witch resource ?

https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=49984

Summary: Who decide witch editor for witch resource ?
           Product: Lenya
           Version: 2.0.4
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Miscellaneous
        AssignedTo: dev@lenya.apache.org
        ReportedBy: florent.andre-dev@4sengines.com

This question is related to the presence in "Edit" menu of one or another
editor (kupu,bxe, tiny,...).

Who decide witch editor for witch resource ?
1) The resource
2) The editor
3) The user

Actually 2.0.3 it's the resource that decide (see xhtml here :
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/lenya/tags/RELEASE_2_0_3/src/modules/xhtml/config/menu.xml)

And not the editor : tinymce config don't have any effect (see :
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/lenya/tags/RELEASE_2_0_3/src/modules/tinymce/config/menu.xml)

The best could be that the user can define editor - ressource association in a
separate (publication specific ?) file ; but don't seems to be possible for
now.

So, the fact that the resource decide witch editor can edit him is ok or a bug
?

If it's ok, we have to remove the module.xml in tinymce
(https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/lenya/tags/RELEASE_2_0_3/src/modules/tinymce/config/menu.xml).

Any input welcome.
