imapReply: why are the fields needed?
I'd rather start with minimal public API and relax as needed; increasing visibility breaks binary compatibility.
getAdditionalReply() - thanks, removed
sendCommandWithID: users can override the generateCommandID() method
sendUntaggedCommand: I need to look at that further
