I am managing the 1.2.0 release and we currently have more than 600 issues targeted for 1.2.0. I am moving the target field to 1.3.0.

> With small chunk increments the number of checksums may increase significantly.  The goal of this task is to find a way to reduce it, to keep metadata size in control.  Theoretically this would also improve read performance, by reducing the number of RPC calls to read a large key, as well as the number of file open operations on the server side.
