   ### One-line summary [问题简述]
   地图：移动端拖动，拖出边界后，无法再拉回。
   发现地图组件的范围并不是占满整个canvas，导致拖动距离地图较远的区域无法触发地图跟随手指滑动。

   + ECharts version [ECharts 版本]:4.0.2
   + Browser version [浏览器类型和版本]:微信内置浏览器， 微信版本6.7.3
   + OS Version [操作系统类型和版本]:iOS 11
   
   
   ### Expected behaviour [期望结果]
   可视化结果：地图可以随意拖动，且不会全部溢出边界，或者溢出边界后可以拖回。
   代码结果：地图的可触摸拖动范围扩大到整个canvas。
   
   
   ### ECharts option [ECharts配置项]
   均为地图默认项即可
