Brett Porter commented on NPANDAY-519:
--------------------------------------

decided to add a warning, but also add a default artifact to the POM (where the group and artifact ID are the assembly name).

> I removed the ~/.m2/repository/Microsoft directory, then ran the project importer on an Azure sample project, and the Azure libraries were not added to the POM. They were previously installed in the local repository by the integration tests. No error message was given.
> This also causes the project importer unit tests to fail.
> There should be an error (or the system path used, and a warning presented) from the Addin in this scenario.
> For the unit tests, they should be skipped if not present in the local repository.
