Bug 119240 - [Windows XP Only]Solver is not work

Hi all,
Today when I try Solver on my clean windows XP machine with build r1325589 , I find it not work and Solver engine is com.sun.star.comp.Calc.Solver.
I have check the CoinMP.dll is under C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 3\Basis\program 

At last I try install OOo 3.3, the Solver work fine.

Is there any requirement or dependence need install to make this work, like JRE or Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable?
