Under OS Windows NT Workstation 4.0 (SP3) Apache starts as a service with no problems.

Under OS Windows NT Server 4.0 (SP3) Apache DOES NOT start as a service.
An error message is generated by NT:
"Could not start the Apache Service on \\Priede.
Error 2186. The Service is not responding to control function"
