[jira] Created: (HBASE-2033) Shell scan 'limit' is off by one
Shell scan 'limit' is off by one
--------------------------------
Key: HBASE-2033
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-2033
Project: Hadoop HBase
Issue Type: Bug
Affects Versions: 0.20.2
Reporter: Jean-Daniel Cryans
Assignee: Jean-Daniel Cryans
Fix For: 0.20.3, 0.21.0
Doing a scan in the shell with a limit is always off by 1 row because in the code we increment the counter at the beginning of the loop.
