UI Topology View
Hi Devs,
I have fixed the issue in the UI where topology is not visible until all
the members are active with PR [1].
Please merge the PR.

Hi Anuruddha,
AFAIK we didn't want to change document.ready to window.load.
*document.ready* already doing this job in related code.
Since window.load working fine will leave this for moment.

Hi,
The issue was with javascript logic to check the member ports. I have
changed the logic to check the ports are undefined before generating the
view and used window load method so that code that adds functionality to
the elements in the page have to wait for all content to load.
