[VOTE] Release Apache Chemistry OpenCMIS version 0.1.0-incubating (RC2)

Hi Chemists,
happy to announce that for Chemistry OpenCMIS 0.1.0-incubating-RC2 is  
available and ready for your testing and voting.

You can find the main release candidate artifacts (for distribution at  
apache.org/dist) at: http://people.apache.org/~gabriele/chemistry/opencmis/0.1.0-incubating-rc2/dist/
while the full set of Maven artifacts (for distribution at  
repository.apache.org) is staged at:  https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachechemistry-012/

Sources tag can be found at:  http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/chemistry/opencmis/tags/chemistry-opencmis-0.1.0-incubating-RC2/

The staging maven documentation site is at : http://people.apache.org/~gabriele/chemistry/opencmis/0.1.0-incubating-rc2/site/
(full integration test report at http://people.apache.org/~gabriele/chemistry/opencmis/0.1.0-incubating-rc2/site/chemistry-opencmis-test/chemistry-opencmis-test-fit/failsafe-report.html)

Legal and packaging issues - that blocked RC1- should now be resolved  
with https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CMIS-224, while detailed  
release notes can be found in Jira at: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CMIS/fixforversion/12315133

You can find a guide to testing staged releases: http://maven.apache.org/guides/development/guide-testing-releases.html

A detail of licensing requirements for ASF release packages can be  
found at http://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html. Please make sure  
you double check the packages under this aspect as well.

The vote (http://www.apache.org/foundation/voting.html) is open for 72  
hours and passes if a majority of at least three +1 Chemistry PMC  
votes are cast.
Final release approval will be then requested to the Incubator PMC (http://incubator.apache.org/guides/releasemanagement.html#best-practice-incubator-release-vote
