Now i add the draft patch with the consistent queue name across all sub clusters.
We should discuss how to get the capacity related values. Because all sub clusters have their own total resources , and the get queue info api just can get single RM related value, but the capacity related values should get all sub clusters resources info first.
If you any advice?
