[jira] JIRA not working?

I tried to enter an issue into JIRA for MINA, but its giving this
error on the "Create Issue" page - An exception occurred:
java.util.NoSuchElementException.

Earlier today it was throwing some exceptions on the main page too.

It's been really flakey recently.
