One failure is because for union queries, order is getting changed. There are other failures too but I think they might be intermittent. 

There are ClassNotFoundExceptions for ClassLoaderTestClass, DatabaseJarSerde, ClassLoaderTestClass2

Then there are restart errors, sometimes an event is notified even before event service is started. 

I'm doing a rebuild to see if these errors are intermittent. Re-opening this jira to handle the re-ordering.
