SA 3.4.6 add From:addr host to URIHOSTS list?

In SA 3.4.1 the host value of From:addr was automagically added to the URIHOSTS 
list and thus exposed to URIBL lookups.

SA 3.4.6 does not do that. Is there a configuration option to reactivate that 
feature?

I don't think so. Maybe you had some plugin.
