Changes list missing?!?

Hi Folks,

just a question : How is the beautyfull changes list
(http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/maven/changes.html) generated now?
I had a changes.xml in my xdocs directory but maven does not seem to handle
it correctly. Anway on your project side you have that list but I cannot
find a changes.xml in cvs anymore.

I'm consfused now :-). Can you help me.
