   Thanks for the feedback.  It seemed to me that our implementation is OK.  We are not using that "URI with the pound sign with an alias string"  technique they use on Stack Overflow.  Otherwise I see the file our code pulls from the cache just fine in the test directory whether the URI alias or expected file name is used.  
   
   I will revisit the issue and modify the non-test code to use the StackOverflow technique since this is what you want.
