Recommended location of package-list files?

Hi All,

Just wondering if there is a recommended location to put package-list files.
I tend to use offlineLinks with the javadoc plugin, but have not seen a
recommended location to place the package-list files required when using
offline linking.  At the moment, I do something like the following, but I'm
not necessarily crazy about it:

src/package-lists/j2se/package-list
src/package-lists/j2ee/package-list
src/package-lists/commons-xxx/package-list
...

Any suggestions?
