Description:
When I build a project (for example maven  1.0 Branch) with maven test, I obtain to value for the online mode : 

- false for the dependencyVerifier (project context)
- true for other context like ${maven.mode.online}

I don't have personal properties files in my home directory.

We can fix it with maven.mode.online=true in default.properties, but I think it's a bad solution.
