Docker tests fail in CI with the following error:

docker.errors.DockerException: Error while fetching server API version: request() got an unexpected keyword argument 'chunked' {code}
The root cause of the issue seem to be a dependency issue with thew latest version of the requests library (0.29.0), more information about the issue can be found here: [https://github.com/docker/docker-py/issues/3113#issuecomment-1527377082]

While this issue is being resolved in docker-py the workaround is to set the required version to less than 0.29.0:
