making life easy for Python devs

Hi all,

Wouldn't it be better for Qpid Python to have an env.sh and env.bat to make
it possible to do env var initialization to default values?

I'm interested in PYTHONPATH, PYTHON_EXAMPLES, and AMQP_SPEC etc.
