Finalizing move to TLP.

Hi everyone,

Even though we still have warm feelings for Hivemind at Jakarta and I know moving out of your
parents home can be hard, though the time has come to pick up the rest of your belongings and move
it to your home at hivemind.apache.org :)

If this is too cryptic : http://hivemind.apache.org is still pretty empty and
jakarta.apache.org/hivemind seems like a good candidate to fill that void.

If you need any help, just let us know..

Btw I also tried subscribing to the private hivemind list, but that didn't work out.

Mvgr,
Martin

Change the jakarta site to point to the correct mailinglists (in mail2.html).
Found one other thing : create a wiki for hivemind and move over your content from jakarta. Maybe
infra needs to this though (don't know much about wiki maintenance)

Henri,

I kind of thought that I might have been missing something. I've got the
committee-info.txt file checked out on my desktop, but I haven't finished
adding myself and the rest of us to it yet. I'll try to do that during my
vacation, too. Thanks for the heads up! :-)

I've added HiveMind to the list of PMCs and set November as the
quarterly time when HiveMind is scheduled for a report. That might get
changed as I'm not sure how you determine when a project should
report.

A new project sends in reports monthly for the first three months, and
then quarterly. So as we've not had HiveMind reports for the any of
its first 5 months of HiveMind's TLP life I'm going to ask for reports
for the Sept, Oct and then Nov meeetings, followed by quarterly after
November (ie: February would be your next one).

Reports need to be in 48 hours (though earlier than that is best)
before the board meeting. Which is nearly always the 3rd Wednesday of
the month. In September it's 20th Sept, so reports in by early Monday
morning please. (Send them to board@).

Highly likely that no one ever told you that James, and without the
entry in committee-info you wouldn't have had the auto-reminder that
would have made you ask what was going on. Sorry not to have clicked
that they weren't being sent in. :)

Hi James,

Hmm I noticed an open issue on infrastructure that Brett was waiting for the domain to do something
(sorry I lost the issue). But since it was Brett, I assume it was about mailinglists, which are
already in place. Afaik though the SVN stuff is already in
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/hivemind/trunk, so nothing needed there.
Also svn authorization seems to be ok.
When the site is moved, I'll dig into the site changes at jakarta itself and move hivemind to ex
jakarta, I'll leave it in place untill you finished changing the site (assuming the site source in
subversion hasn't changed all the pointers yet to eg the new mailinglists).

The only thing I can fix right now, is the reference to the mailinglist addresses in the mail2.html
file, which still points to the jakarta list (I'll fix that right away)

I also noticed you aren't yet in committee-info.txt (that is at private/committers/board), where you
specify the chair and the pmc members.

I've cc'ed Henri, just in case he as something to add..

Oh and enjoy your holiday!

Martin

Martin,

I plan on doing the move the week after next (I'm on vacation). I know the
mailing lists have been moved and the SVN stuff should be pretty easy. What
else do we need to take care of?
