[all] Maven javadoc jars [was: latest multidoc]

An addition to this is that I used the unzipped jars to create javadoc
jars for each component and along with md5 and asc's, deployed them to
the java-repository which should get sync'd to ibiblio at some stage.

Planning to do the same for source jars at some point too.

Let me know if anyone thinks we should be voting on such things, I
figure that as it's just rejigging already released zips that it is
not a big deal.
