Alert: portals-bridges maven groupId

All,

To be able to make portals-bridges artifacts available through the ibiblio maven repository,
we are required to use a reverse domain url for the groupId.

For portals-bridges, this means a change from "bridges" to "org.apache.portals.bridges".
I'm planning to commit these changes real soon...
