Sometimes the [Watcher|https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/6d32fd15f710b70b01e58fb98866aa0b03e76cbb/components/camel-kubernetes/src/main/java/org/apache/camel/component/kubernetes/config_maps/KubernetesConfigMapsConsumer.java#L72] within the config map watcher is null during close and this causes an NPE to be thrown.
