[PR] Fix spark plugin getting started example [polaris]

MonkeyCanCode opened a new pull request, #5259:
URL: https://github.com/apache/polaris/pull/5259

   <!--
   ๐Ÿ“ Describe what changes you're proposing, especially breaking or user-facing changes.
   ๐Ÿ“– See https://github.com/apache/polaris/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md for more.
   -->

   There are two issues as of today for spark plugin getting started examples:
   1. Missing spec dir in Dockerfile
   2. Using custom location which is no longer allowed by default

   For missing spec dir in Dockerfile, we will get the following error (during image build):
   ```
    > [8/8] RUN python3 -m venv /home/spark/venv &&     . /home/spark/venv/bin/activate &&     pip install -r /tmp/requirements.txt &&     cd client/python &&     uv lock &&     uv sync --active --all-extras &&     uv pip install -r /tmp/notebook_requirements.txt:
   Yes. I was thinking about the same. Created https://github.com/apache/polaris/issues/5278 as follow up.
