Releasing maven built binaries of 0.2

Hi,

Now that 0.2 is released, could a qpid committer that can deploy to the
apache nexus repo unpack the qpid-proton-j-0.2.tar.gz [1], and then
run: mvn -P apache-release clean deploy?

This assumes you've already added a section to your '~/.m2/settings.xml'
file so that the release tool can GPG sign the binaries. The section
should look something like this:

    <profile>
      <id>apache-release</id>
      <properties>
        <gpg.passphrase>PASSWORD</gpg.passphrase>
      </properties>
    </profile>

Once that's deployed please close out the staging repo on nexus and start a
vote to release those binaries.

Thanks!

I see that the binaries have been staged to nexus at:

https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapacheqpid-028/org/apache/qpid/qpid-proton/0.2/

Are you guys planning on holding a vote and releasing them?
