   Current logging about log loading behavior makes it difficult to analyze the behavior in the case of clean and unclean shutdown. Additionally, the logging about unclean recovery also catches initial startup from an empty log dir. This patch adds some additional information to existing log messages to make it easier to distinguish these cases.
