release procedure

For team review, here is the release procedure I used in putting out Jetspeed 2.3.1 earlier this year

Outstanding Issues:

I am thinking the ant dist task should be ran at step 10, but Im not entirely sure. IMO it should be modified to have a target to just *bundle* and not build ...
