Ant1.5.2 EAR Problems --- Need Quick Feedback

I am trying to build an ear file using ANT 1.5.2 and include the following 
Entry in the ear task.

<metainf dir="${common.dist.dir}" includes="LightSpeedCommon.jar"/>

The debug output to the screen says that the LightSpeedCommon.jar was added
under the META-INF directory.  When I extract the ear file to a directory,
the jar file is not there.  What gives?

This seems like a bug or am I doing something wrong?
