The build for uimaj-ep-runtime Eclipse plugin was made more conventional -in that we let Maven dependencies guide what gets put in.  The DocumentAnnotation jar (which has JCas cover classes for the "default" (unaugmented by type merging) version of the DocumentAnnotation CAS Type, is pulled in via a transitive dependency from the uimaj-tools project.  Fix this project to not depend on this Jar, which will then have the effect of dropping the inclusion of the DocumentAnnotation jar from the runtime plugin.
