Can't load Apache2

I've just install apache 2.0.44 on my computer and when the install is done, 
the program opens a Dos windows with
[error] (OS 2)Le fichier specifie est introuvable. : No installed service 
named "Apache2".
i'm a french user...
i've tried with the 98/ME patch but doesn't do anything???
