GDAL and CouchDB

Hi,

The GDAL project is planning to deprecate both the Cloudant and CouchDB
drivers in the GDAL repository. If you use the GDAL driver for either
Cloudant or CouchDB you can enable this driver yourself when building or
comment here - https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/5269 to ask for it to
stay in the distribution.
