[users@httpd] segmentation fault with apache on 64bit

Dear All ,
      I am trying to compile and run httpd with standard options on AMD 
Athlon -  64bit Fedora - (apache 2.0.46) . The compile goes perfectly 
well but I am not able to run because it keeps on giving segmentation 
fault .
 
Kindly suggest what I can do to solve this?
