   ### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.
   
   Large [BIGNUMERIC ](https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/reference/standard-sql/data-types#decimal_types) values in BigQuery cause an exception in the DecimalUtility because the `fractionalPart` is larger than the max decimal value.
