At the time of stopping GFAC if the cancelation request has NOT gone to resource then the job keeps running in the resource and when GFAC is started also no change. Eventually experiment gets COMPLETED and in PGA we have exp in CANCELLED and job in COMPLETED with all the outputs. - CloneofCloneofSLM1-Gaussian Comet_b3a2a658-7c44-45b9-b026-8fc6bb41098b

I submitted experiments and canceled them while GFAC is down/stopped
Irespective of the exp status or job status (true for all job statuses QUEUED, ACTIVE,SUBMITTED) cancelations done while GFAC is stopped not considrered when it is started up. Jobs got completed and exp status got updated as CANCELLED and job status is COMPLETED with output
