Add the ability to embed the QuerySchema in the Query instead of relying on the Responder to about that schema a priori. This is used to enable ad hoc queries that were not pre-coordinated between the Querier and Responder. 

Also add the ability for the Responder to reject a Query having and embedded QuerySchema that it does not recognize.
