WWW Form Bug Report: "AIX 4.1 problems/fixes" on AIX

Symptoms:

One compile bug/warning of SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE
already defined in netdb.h. Fixed by adding to
httpd.h:
#ifdef SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE
#undef SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE
#endif
For new status module to work, must define in
conf.h under AIX:
#define HAVE_MMAP
