Currently, the default executor does not launch an actual task but mocks out a {{TASK_RUNNING}} status update. Eventually, we would like the default executor to send {{LAUNCH/WAIT/DESTROY_NESTED_CONTAINER}} calls to the agent via the Agent API to launch/wait/destroy child containers.
