Confluence is a team collaboration software developed and maintained by Atlassian. Also frequently referred as an Enterprise wiki, Confluence has positioned as one of the most used technologies for sharing knowledge, host documentation and manage content within enterprise.
Confluence can't be crawled using the standard wikis API.Otherwise, Confluence expose it owns API that can consulted here:

About permissions, although Confluence can be configured for using external systems like LDAP, it also provides an API for checking users privileges on content:
