Airavata master on GitHub

Here is the URL for the master:
https://github.com/apache/airavata/tree/master  This looks to be up to date.

If you just go to https://github.com/apache/airavata, you see "trunk". 
I guess this is an artifact of our old SVN->GitHub mirroring.

As Suresh pointed out, GitHub has nice code review features that allow
you to comment on specific lines of code in a patch. See for example

We should use this.
