The IndexUtils class should be improved to support ordered indexes, updating of existing indexes, and so on.

If indexes already exist, but the definition is changed, the index should be re-built.

Unit tests should be written, to verify the tool works as expected when used with old versions (Oak 1.0 for example), and and correctly set the reindex flag (in case of upgrade or change).
