Security changes in couchdb 2.0
I noticed that there is no _users database listed with Fauxton the /db/_users API either. Where can I find document in detail about this change?

For 2.0 you have to create _users db by default. However, if you do
/_cluster_setup then _users, _replicator and other databases will get
created automagically.
See:
https://github.com/apache/couchdb-setup/blob/master/test/t.sh
for the example.
