[rng][commons-release-plugin] Assemblies for each module?

Hello Gilles:

Do you have a reason for wanting each module to have it’s own assembly? If so, that’s fine. I’m just curious.

I don't think so (especially if they have the same contents);
it's probably a remnant of the copy/paster from CM to create
one module after another.
