To clean up our dependency and licensing situation, we have contributed TemporaryPath, the main class of crunch-test, to MRUnit. This and the recently fixed Rule JUnit mechanism makes it possible to retire crunch-test. The following needs to be done:

   * Remove the crunch-test module
   * Use TemporaryPath from MRUnit 1.1
   * Upgrade JUnit to 4.11 and rewrite scrunch tests
   * Clean up LICENSE and NOTICE

This issue can be solved as soon as MRUnit 1.1 has been released.
