Re: Graduation to Top Level Project - Which Dates and Notes can be added to our Incubator Status page

Hello Sebastian,

Last shepherd report has shown no issues for graduation, it means we may
proceed.

Jukka specifically noted we are not obliged to release all the code
(thinking of that GPL licensed plug-ins we have legal discussion about).

I agree, to graduate would be good. I tried to study some of the
documents about graduation nomination and process of graduation.
Shall we start a vote about it?
