I deployed and ran Spark on Zeppelin using master branch, then got the following error:

bq. Spark 2.1.0 is not supported

This is because Zeppelin 0.6.2 supports only Spark version less than 2.1.0. [Zeppelin 0.7 supports Spark 2.1.0|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZEPPELIN-1815].
