[ANNOUNCE] Introducing Istvan Tobias as a new Apache Ambari committer

Hi all,

I'm happy to announce that Istvan Tobias has become our newest Apache Ambari committer.
Tobi has been very active in the project for over the past several months making numerous contributions to Ambari LogSearch UI.
