[Dev] We need to make the builds much more stable

Hi Devs,

IMO subject is really important!! The current build trend does not look
good:

*4.1.x Commit Build*

*4.1.x Nightly Build*


*Master Commit Build*



*Master Nightly Build*

Yes definitely!! Will try to find the root cause of the issue and fix it!!

Absolutely. I think the problem is we have some intermittent issues in the
code base which are difficult to reproduce in a local setup. It would be
great if developers who are able to reproduce can debug to find the root
cause. IMHO, this should be top priority since we cannot release with this
issue.
