One of the Alfresco test servers that the unit tests refer to has needed some attention. Following a reboot of this server via the Amazon EC2 console it failed to restart and Amazon staff recommended a complete stop and start cycle. Unfortunately this has the undesired side-effect of reassigning the Public IP address to something other than that referenced in the {{env-cfg.plist}} file.

The attached patch file updates the URLs of this server to their new values. It also increases the timeout for each unit test to 30 seconds where it was 20 before. I found that {{testCheckoutCheckin}} was failing intermittently as it takes somewhere between 19 and 21 seconds to run on that server.
