[I] Access log sampler should use HTTP request defaults [jmeter]

mpol opened a new issue, #6460:

   ### Use case
   
   Currently protocol/server/port must be set separately on an access log sampler and are not taken from HTTP request defaults if present. This is not consistent with plain HTTP request sampler.
